Solution 1 has the counter and displays on the right side of the store, with the dining room on the left. Solution 2 has the counter on the left with the dinging area on the right. Solution 3 has the counter on the right, extending into the dining room, with the tables on the left side.
The final selection for this project is Solution 1. It uses the most space for seating, meets all of the specifications, and has the oven in the window to provide viewing for passersby. While some adjustments may be needed, Solution 1 is the best choice to continue designing.
